There are a lot of fantastic and fun events taking place this Fourth of July weekend. First, be sure to check on the Mammoth Lakes Arts on the 4th. Once your belly is full, you can choose to burn off those calories at the 16th Annual Footloose Freedom Mile. Sunday, July 4th at 10:30 AM, join in this one-mile road race with proceeds benefitting the elite and youth divisions of the Mammoth Track Club. You can finish your run just in time to see the Annual Mammoth Lakes 4th of July Parade. The parade starts promptly at 11 AM and begins at the intersection of Chateau Road and Old Mammoth Road. Visit their website for a detailed parade route and additional information.
Finally, wrap up your 4th of July weekend at the 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular. The show will begin at approximately 9:15 PM and will be 20 minutes of spectacular sights. Admission is $25 per car or $5 per individual.
